I am new to birding. I went to this store to check out what they had and get some advice. I must have spent an hour there with Hayden, who was patient and very helpful. I am loving all the feeders I bought and very much enjoying my backyard birding now!

I absolutely love this store! This isn’t the closest location to my house, but I always go out of my way to come to this location. The customer service is always unmatched and the store is beautiful, well laid out, and fully stocked. I truly appreciate everyone that works there, but especially Jolene! She gets so excited to hear about what new birds I get at my feeders and is so knowledgeable and helpful! My husband and I spent about 10 minutes nerding out with her about different birds after we checked out today. If I had a lot more money, I would buy one of everything in the store. Lol. I’m so thankful for this team!

I have been a longtime birder. Fortunately I have always been able to find a WBU Not only do I purchase my seed here but also they offer Great educational videos on You Tube. I have learned I save more money buying quality seed than just any random bags that contain so much filler. The Concord Mills Blvd location has excellent knowledgeable staff.lots of inventory and is such a pleasure to visit Any fellow birder would appreciate a gift from WBU. Treat yourself to a visit when you are in the area. Joanna Locust NC

My go to store for bird supplies. Recently I purchased a Bluebird House and mentioned how I would love to see the babies if and when they are born, Tim suggested I could purchase a blink4 outdoor camera and he would help me with installation. Can't wait for Spring!

This is by far the absolute best place to buy all things for birds. Jolene and Tim are the best! They are kind, extremely knowledgeable and they guided me to exactly what I needed to set up an epic variety of feeders with the best bird food available. The coolest feeders , bird houses , and the best quality bird food possible. Their bird food products are so nutritious for the birds , no fillers or nonsense, just high quality ingredients birds need and love. I used to buy cheap bird food and most of it was untouched by the birds, but when I switched to buying from wild birds unlimited , it was a game changer. All the food is devoured by a tremendous variety of birds that come to my feeders. Even during the snow storm, my feeders provided nutrients that help keep birds warm during winter, so buying the right food helps save many bird lives. Once you experience for yourself what a difference their products do to the bird traffic that will visit your feeders , u will never buy from any other place. The prices are exceptional , especially if you become a club member, u get rewards and free stuff here n there. This store has made a positive difference to my life and the l
